I just wanted to put up a ‘good hands’ post to let you all know about a music festival I have been selected to perform in. I have not been given all of the details about the festival just yet. What I do know is that the music festival is in April and will be on a Saturday day/night pending on my slot. I’m hoping to drum up the support of those who enjoy my music and would like to come out and support me.. So if there were a show, gig, act, feat or performance of mine that you wanted to support me in, this would be one of those.                       ~ patience is necessary for genius

** ‘Good Hands’- I wanted to find a more sophisticated phrase than ‘heads up’  to let you know about the upcoming festival, so I used a thesaurus (definitely a dinosaur) for about 10 seconds. One of the antonyms given for, ‘heads up’ was ‘good hands’. It may not be the phrase I was looking for and unfitting as it may sound for this post, it may be fitting. Isn’t it or is it? Anyway, I’ve come to the conclusion that maybe I do have good hands and Webster’s Thesaurus  wanted to let me know that some how. So, ‘Good Hands’ my friends !

Thats right, west of the Hudson on the Jerzy side.  I have plenty of new music an some older ones that seem to make some of you smile. So I’ve been in hiding writing and trying to get my new album out of the studio. I wanted to have it ready for my next performance but at this rate I’ll never play. That being said I’m playing this Friday the 26^th in Hoboken, NJ.

So here it is, my last night in Earl’s Court ,London. I just got back from my last gig out here and I have to say it was the best I’ve played all week.. Not bad , 4 gigs in 6 nights.. I’ve accomplished a lot of what I wanted to which is good yet I know I have to come back to get the rest of what I wanted out of the trip. Overall, great people , great songwriters, good connections. The food could use a little pick me up. I went to an italian restaurant after my gig last night, WOW.. What the hell? I go in and there is club music playing. I don’t have a problem with the music I just have a problem with it playing while I’m in an ITALIAN restaurant. After that I knew I couldn’t get a real italian dish , so I went with the pizza.  Ok, no one cares about that. SO like I said I will return to London soon to play again.. I had a great time, I learned a lot and experienced a lot. It’s tough traveling alone at times but this was worth it..

Things are going great up to this point, other than the constant threat of rain. Got an unexpected gig tonight in Kensington. I caught someones ear a couple days ago and was booked for tonight at the Albion. Hopefully I catch some more ears and more fans along the way. Tonight and tomorrow night should set me right and be a good send off. Both gigs important.. speak with you yanks soon..

Greetings from London. Two nights down, two gigs in the books. Made some great contacts last night and a met a mean harmonica player. Pretty interesting considering we all thought he was going up there to sing. This guy was a real showman. Waving his arms around , swinging his hair like he just don’t care. Never the less very entertaining. As for me two nights of great reviews and new friends this side of the pond. I’ll post again soon, hope the States are treating you ‘blokes’ well..
